First Joint Bike and Fabric Repair Cafe

Updated: Apr 20

Last month, The Hub held its first joint Bike and Fabric Repair Cafe. 7 fantastic volunteer repairers saw 25 items and fully fixed 23. Thank you to everyone who attended!

Our next Bike and Fabric Repair Cafe will take place on Saturday 16th May, 10am - 11:30am. Bring along any bikes, clothes or soft furnishings in need of a fix, alteration or new part, and our friendly team of repairers will do their best to help you out!

This is a free service which is open to everyone. Voluntary donations are encouraged to help cover costs and support The Hub's youth work.

What is a Repair Cafe?

A Repair Café is a community-driven initiative that encourages people to repair their broken items rather than discarding them. It serves as a gathering place where individuals can share skills, tools, and knowledge to fix a variety of items.
