Natwest Thrive Workshops
Understanding money, developing goals and independent living skills for young people aged 14 - 24
NatWest Thrive is a movement designed to instil confidence and goal-setting skills, inspire teenagers and young adults to chase their dreams and encourage the development of good money habits. It has been developed by specialist youth workers at the National Youth Agency and is funded by NatWest.

Through a series of face-to-face sessions, our youth workers from both Citizens Advice and The Hub will deliver fun and thought-provoking activities that incorporate interactivity, group discussion and coaching.
Workshops for three different age groups are bookable through the links below on a first come, first served basis. 20 spaces are available per workshop.
Thrive workshops are focused around three core themes:
-
Own Your Vision: Who do you want to be? Get clear on your vision, understand your life goals and then take age-appropriate steps to get there.
-
Money Talk: Money can feel like a prickly topic, but it doesn’t have to! Learn how to feel confident discussing money with family, friends and people you’re close to.
-
Money Mindset: Discover any limiting beliefs around money that could stop you taking positive steps to improve your financial wellbeing.
"I was able to meet new people and come out of my shell more. I feel like I'm a changed person because of this programme. I've been equipped with skills on money literacy and how to plan for my future, especially as I'm turning 18 in a bit."
