After the success of our Bike Repair Café sessions, we’re turning our attention to fabrics helping you give your favourite clothes and soft furnishings a new lease of life.
Bring along any items that need a little love whether it's replacing zips, fixing tears or simple alterations like hemming trousers. By repairing instead of replacing, you’re helping reduce waste and keep textiles out of landfill.
Join us between 10am and 11:30am, and enjoy a warm coffee and a delicious pastry.

Our monthly drop-in repair café allows the community to work with our young people, fixing bikes and making them safe and roadworthy again. Bring your bike along and our amazing repairers will work their hardest to get you back on the road! There are no set costs for the service but as we are a charity, a donation is encouraged and much appreciated.
Teas, coffees, pastries and sausage and bacon sandwiches also available whilst you wait!

The numbers so far...
In total, across five repair cafes, we have looked at 55 bikes all of which have either been fixed, partially repaired or advice has been given on next steps. We have also fixed up one bike which has been donated to a young person.

Our past repair sessions...
On Saturday 17th May, we held our first Bike Repair Cafe! Our four amazing repairers fixed up over twenty bikes and our Hub members got involved helping in the kitchen and lending a hand with repairs. We have since held four more sessions helping people in the community get back on their bikes and teaching young people valuable repair skills.
