Coconuts, Car Washes & Community - Hub Summer Fair 2026☀️
On Saturday 13th June, we held our third annual Hub Summer Fair! Our young people worked so hard organising and setting up the event and they helped alongside our wonderful volunteers on the car wash, tombola, coconut shy and all our other stalls. A Taste of The Hub: Year 6 Taster Sessions
Over the last few weeks, we've welcomed Year 6 pupils from Claygate Primary School, Rowan and Cranmere to give them a taste of what our Hub sessions are all about. From epic pool, air hockey and FIFA showdowns to decorating pebbles and badges, making mini pizzas, icing cakes and more, there was something for everyone to enjoy! Booking for this year's Hub Summer Fridays is now open ☀ We are running three completely free sessions from 10am - 2pm during the summer holidays thanks to Surrey County Council's HAF (holidays and food) project. Next Repair Cafe - 19th July
This Sunday, the Hub's Repair Cafe is back. Bring along any bikes, clothes or soft furnishings in need of a fix and our fantastic team of volunteers will help make them as good as new! 🚲🪡 This is a free service which is open to everyone. Voluntary donations are encouraged to help cover costs and support The Hub's youth work. What is a Repair Cafe? A Repair Café is a community-driven initiative that encourages people to repair their broken items rather than discarding them.

Golf Trip - from The Hub to The Clubhouse
On Tuesday, Thames Ditton and Esher Golf Club treated 18 of our Hub members to a great time on the green. 🏌⛳ Members of the golf club went around three holes with our young people, gave lessons with the practice nets and held a putting competition before we all sat down for pizza and refreshments. Roll up, roll up - tombola donations needed
We are super excited for this year's Hub Summer Fair on Saturday 13th June from 11am to 2pm! 🌞 There will be lots of fun activities like a lucky dip, games and a tombola. For a tombola, we, of course, need some prizes! First Joint Bike and Fabric Repair Cafe
Last month, The Hub held its first joint Bike and Fabric Repair Cafe. 7 fantastic volunteer repairers saw 25 items and fully fixed 23. Thank you to everyone who attended! Disco Fever!
On Thursday 26th March, our Thursday night Hub session was transformed into a (silent) disco. The lights were flashing, the music was pumping, and everyone was dancing the evening away. It was a joy to see everyone having fun. We also welcomed over fifty young people to The Hub, our second largest number of attendees ever! Sports Drop is back this evening! On Wednesdays from 6:30–8:00pm, The Hub teams up with Platform Sports to bring you fun, drop-in sports sessions for Year 6s, Year 7s and Year 8s. 💷 Just £2 on the door 🏈 Try something new like American football, bubble football, boxing and loads more!

High Praise indeed...
